Initial Treatment
Initial ½ hour treatment includes detailed case history taking and treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out a short questionnaire about your baby. This will allow us to make the most of our time in the first treatment.
Follows up appointments are solely treatment based.
Missed Appointments or late cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment as often other patients could use the appointment.
If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment you will be charged a £20.00 fee.
Insurance
We are covered by all the major private health insurances. BUPA, PPP, WPA, Norwich Union, HSA etc
BUPA and PPP patients need to tell the receptionist at booking, as not all our Osteopaths are registered with these providers.
To claim on your insurance please ask for a receipt of payment after your session.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque at present we can not accept credit cards
